Refund policy
Since all the STRIPE AND BEAT items are single-handedly made to order, they are non-returnable, and all sales are final. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, so there is a very low chance of defects.
Please inspect order packaging when it arrives, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to support@stripeandbeat.com and we will work out a solution for your case.
Sale, discounted items, Last chance items, gift-cards, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
